Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in New Baltimore, MI so we have made Photorequesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are participating providers for Delta Premier and Blue Cross Blue Shield. New Baltimore Family Dentistry does not participate with HMO and DPO insurances. We accept most insurance where you are free to choose your dentist. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.


Payment Options
Our mission is to deliver the finest, most cost effective health care treatment available today. Following diagnosis, the doctor will advise you of our plan treatment. Additionally, we will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and how we will help you be able to get your dental needs completed.

Payment for your visit will always be due at the time of your appointment. We are sensitive to the fact that some people may not be able to pay cash at the time of treatment; therefore, we offer an extended monthly payment for your convenience.

Care Credit Monthly Payment Plan – This is a separate line of credit, which does not affect the balances of your other credit cards. Unlike other credit cards, there are no annual fees.
